Title states BRX. Box shows BRH. Which reticle is it?

What kind of rings? Brand? Ring marks on the scope tube?

Condition of glass? Any discernible marks on the lenses?

Edit, it has a BRH reticle, quick detatch rings, don't remember what brand. They fit Weaver rail or Weaver bases, glass is 99%. Right being one ring there is a small imperfection. See pics
