Includes precision mandrel (.224 size for all 22 cal. necks) expansion plug, tool cutter, 2-allen wrenches, case holder and Hart set-up guide/ instruction sheet. This a precision set, made from steel not aluminum. Nice blued finish. This is the manual set-up version and does not require the micrometer accessory. The micrometer and different dia. mandrels are available from Hart. Very little use. Turns necks to 0.0001" accuracy.
