Smith to inlet flattop to XPR?

Do you folks have any recommendations for smiths who do full inlet on flat topstocks?

I have a winchester XPR that Id like to restock. Im thinkin the tikka models are pretty close as theyre essentially the same setup. Need to verify that first of course.
