I got one of the 3-16 S-TAC zero stop models with the illuminated FFP reticle from Midway, there's a thread probably a few pages back with my initial comments. If you prescribe to the "dial elevation and hold for windage" mantra, and the 5 mil per revolution turrets and non-locking windage don't bother you too much, it's hard to beat this scope for the price Midway has them at right now.
The SFP 4-20 model with the MOA-2 reticles make an excellent target/varmint scope. Great glass, reliable turrets, and a thin reticle for precise holds
