Any love for Leica Geovids?
Probably like a vortex UHD binoHow would you rate the glass in the Revics? Any binos that you could compare to?
Appreciate that James! You can't true the BC in the Sig app? Yeah I don't like that either haha. How do you make a custom profile for a bullet they don't have in the data base then?it's good
Still waiting on vector x to compare
Only down side cant true BC s only Velocity
Also prefer ,5 moa wind 1 mph is harsh
Over all I like it better than the Br10 I tested
With an Euler system 89. At least that is what I do.Appreciate that James! You can't true the BC in the Sig app? Yeah I don't like that either haha. How do you make a custom profile for a bullet they don't have in the data base then?
So not as good as the NL Pure 10X42 I just purchased?Probably like a vortex UHD bino
Oh not even close. That's why I never switched over to a ranging bino. I kept testing them, but could never fully commit to one. And having 10x and 12x binos didn't make sense to carry. But now with the 14X binos, I figure I will keep those in the pack for any intensive glassing and use ranging binos on my chest. So not as good as the NL Pure 10X42 I just purchased?
I'm not away of that system. But I'm just talking about making manual inputs into the app to get the desired drop data as seen on target. The basic ballistic stuff. With an Euler system 89. At least that is what I do.
I am very happy with mine, and they were a great improvement over the Zeiss ranging binos I used for several years. I'm intrigued by the Sig Kilo but other than the wind button I don't see anything I don't already have. There is the added feature of Bluetooth connectivity to a Kestrel wind meter, if that matters to you.Any love for Leica Geovids?
I personally don't want to have to connect to a kestrel to have wind inputs, which is why I'm either going with the sig or the revic. As well as having aerodynamic jump, spin drift, and coriolus to be accounted for on board during the ranging process with no outside connectivity. Leica has great glass and a good laser for sure though.I am very happy with mine, and they were a great improvement over the Zeiss ranging binos I used for several years. Any time frame from them for you to get a vector X in your hands?it's good

I just downloaded the app to check it out. You can input whatever you want in the BC area. I think he was referring to the actual "truing" function as only allowing that specific function to true the muzzle velocity. But I'm certain you can go in the app, adjust the BC and then re-upload the profile.I would be pretty surprised if you couldn't adjust the BC in the app - seems like a huge oversight to me if you don't have that functionality.
The Revic app works well and the BC trueing function is pretty simple.
Seriously?.........No pun intended....right?I really have my eye on these.
Curious to hear your thoughts on these once you have them in hand. My local Scheels wasn't expecting to have them for maybe another month or so.I just downloaded the app to check it out. After deep diving, I'm still not 100% sold on them at this point quite yet.
