Got this Nf 2-10x24 from Eurooptic today and when I opened the box the tri-bit tool was loose in the box. It dinged and scratched the scope in a few places. This will be going on my mk12 and I'll be possible rattle canning the rifle and scope. Should I send it back or just roll with it?View attachment 584074

If you are going to Rattle Can it what is the difference? The scratch will be covered up and if you are Rattle Canning it the resale is going to be gone on the scope anyway. Maybe just ask for a discount and you will make out since you are painting it anyway.
If you are not going to paint it I would want a new one replaced.
