Unrelated topic but I hope some Arizonans can get me solid info here. Does one need to go FFL to FFL in Arizona, or can they ship firearms directly to an individual IN STATE to IN STATE?

Yes, as long as you don't have reason to believe they are a prohibited possessor. If it's a rifle/shotgun, it can go through USPS. If it's a handgun, USPS will not ship it for any reason, and UPS/FedEx will not ship handguns to unlicensed individuals, only FFLs. So that one's harder to do, but still legal if you can find a common carrier to do it for you.

I had my LGS ship a rifle for me. Cost $80 and they packaged and insured it. Seemed like less of a hassle.
