Question: Who should pay? Buyer or Seller? Opinions?

Either. Depends on the deal, how it was written etc. Sometimes I include shipping, sometimes I don't. If it's a rifle with insurance, I pass it on to the buyer. If it is something small, I eat the shipping cost, or price the item a little higher.

Like I said, it's however the seller wants to handle it.
