Settings on Kestrel sportsman

Can someone help me with my Kestrel sportsman I'm trying to add another (4th) gun on it, but it only says gun memory full.
And In my memory options it say memory used is 1%

The sportsman can only save 3 rifle profiles at one time. You need to upgrade it to the elite to save more then 3 at once.

Upgrade to the elite is like 2-300 i believe
