Scope rings with inclination built in?

17.5 mrad will take him past 1 mile not 4 hundred yards..! So why is he looking for more....confusion between mrad and moa I'm thinking...

I'm not sure how he came up with 450 yds max. And I'm not familiar with mrad at all.

Mrad is 3.6" per 10 clicks where Moa is 1" per 4 clicks on the scope.....so .36 inches per Click vs .250. 36" at 1000 vs 10.9" in MOA so 1 MOA = 1" at 100 1 MRAD= 3.6" at 100. Hope this helped!
