I own a Ravin R20 that came with their scope. The ballistics plex is very small and my eyes are getting worse. Is there an accessory available to magnify the plex?

My favorite one was Burris plex with the electro Dot. That was because it was extremely heavy running to a standard Plex reticle in the very center which naturally Drew your eye to the center of the crosshairs. But now what I run mostly is the Zeiss conquest V4 with the z-plex reticle

I just put the Eotech xbow sight on my Ravin R26. Very intuitive and easy to use. I find that there's too many lines in a xbow sight anymore! Lol!

If you're looking to magnify the reticle on your Ravin R20 scope, there are a couple of options you might consider.
One option is to use a magnifying scope accessory, like a magnifier or a variable power scope that can be mounted behind the existing scope. This can help enlarge the reticle and make it easier to see.
Another option is to look for a larger scope that fits your mounting system, which would provide better optics and a more user-friendly reticle. Brands like Vortex or Leupold offer great scopes that might suit your needs better.
Make sure to check compatibility with your Ravin R20 and see what fits best for your shooting style.
Good luck man!

If you do decide to change scopes and stay with a BDC reticle, I have used many types of BDC treticles. Some general things, I have found

1) 1 MOA between hashes are pretty close together and can be harder to discern, 2 MOA is more useable and is actually quite granular inside of 600 yards
2) If the marks are dots instead of hashes a dot diameter of 1 MOA is a good size and since the dot itself is one MOA they are often distanced at a minimum of slightly over 2 MOA

Most people fail to recognize how linear a trajectory is within 100 yard increments; e.g., between 300-400 yards the trajectory is almost a straight line and that straight line varies from the actual trajectory by less than 1/4 of an MOA or less than 1 click on a scope. this actually true out to 700-800 yards and for high velocity high BC cartridges out to 900-1000. The so what is - if you build a drop chart any target that is close to 1/2 way between two BDC reticle points, you simply bracket and if its at either quartile you simple use the closest BDC reticle point a hold slightly low or slightly high as appropriate.

You will hear opinions that the above is too complicated and that maybe true for many - but I suspect if you wanted a dial turret scope, you would have already gone and bought a dial turret scope. Feel free to PM me if you want more info.
