Scope for 338 lapua

I'm getting a Christian arms 338 lapua.I'm looking for a good scope for it. Rangers from 20yds to over 1000 looking for ideas.

I also have and recommend the 5-25x56 ATACR, but OP needs to chime in regarding his budget. Once he clears that up we can recommend a nice Simmons or Tangent Theta.

I have been pleased with the 5X25 Burris XTR II on my 338 Edge and have used it to 2K.

Agree with NF 5-25x56 ATACR suggestion. Perhaps a 7-35x56 if looking to really stretch the 338 Lapua to its limits.

Burris XTR is a really nice scope. The SWFA SS HD 5x20 is nice as well. Both will run you around $1200.

The Razor AMG was/ is my choice for the Lapua. March is another fantastic option. There is no need to weigh your light(ish) rifle down with a 40 oz scope.

I have the 4-20 on my Lapua.
Glad I chose it over the PST gen 2.
