Whoa.. Ive dealt with Jeff multiple times, hes not out to screw anybody. If he said it wasn't damaged when he shipped it im sure it wasn't and in the event he missed specks on a lense it sounds like he refunded you and took it back same as anyone should. This was probably better to handle via pm or phonecall before slandering someone over $18.

I agree! My transactiional experiences with Jeff has been smooth and expeditious. Items were as described and in good order. Will continue to deal with confidence.

I have also done a few transactions with Jeff and none had any issues. Most were for way more money. Sometimes you get what you paid for and your expectations are out of line. I can guarantee I will do more business with Jeff in the future.

Jeff is as good as they come. I have zero reservations about dealing with him and plan to continue for many years to come.
We have had several very high end, high dollar transactions between us and I've never a had a single hiccup. His communication is always prompt and everything has been completely 100 percent as advertised.
