Barrel finish is fair. I tried to get the worst of it to show up in my one of the pics. See pics. Exact round count unknown but supposedly only a few hundred according to previous owner and I only put 20-30 rounds through it before I decided I wanted a heavier profiled barrel. Shot 1 MOA or less when I ran some Winchester factory ammo through it.
