Yes, it is the Atlas from Odin Works. I've been looking at the stealth for the last few months and just happened to come across this post in the nick of time.
To answer the previous question, I have found the stealth in .308 for $800, but I'm having trouble finding anything cheaper than $870 from a dealer for the 6.5. I know that I have seen the stealth for $800 over in the classifieds of snipers hide, but it obviously wouldn't be eligible for the rebate. As of right now, it looks like $720 after MIR is the best deal I can find.
