Scary stuff there Neal. Reminds me of the Bush doctrine. You're either for us or against us. Where's your temperance? Where's your tolerance? The majority of the country is your enemy? McCain/Sarah are going to lose. Does that mean the majority of the citizens of this country are your enemy. You gonna take up arms and launch you a civil war? You gonna revert to acts of terrorism?

Hunter's got some scary stuff to say too. Are we really expected to believe we're either for him or against him (Hunter) based on our vote? If Hunter's disapproves of other's selection in a candidate then Hunter's blanket characterization applies - and I quote: "I'd say unAlaskan, unAmerican, and Marxist more like it."

Do you remember that our country is designed on the principle that the majority vote represents the will of the majority of the citizens in the country? These strong statements aren't unlike the threats of the Taliban and those who practice the extreme versions of Islam. Has God told you to take up arms?

How about you just pick up a pen or pencil and mark your ballots. Then win or lose, move on to the best of your ability in whatever party has been selected for the next four years. Remember, it would be awfully difficult for either side to do any worse than what we've had to endure for the past 8 years.

I stand by my statement. Your scary beyond belief feelings against Sarah as VP are ridiculous given she is more qualified than the opposing presidential candidate. As mentioned earlier, Obama would not even qualify as Sarah's body guard. You focus on the mole hills and ignore the mountains. And so is the 2nd amendment, dozens of judicial nominations, a tax code that isn't welfare and the last reasonably conservative supreme court I will see in my lifetime.

If Barack "I'm smarter than 200yrs of history AND the founding fathers" Obama wins, we'll have the most liberal president and VP we've every had. We'll have a congress that will undo every conservative gain that has been made since Reagan. We'll see a government that will gut our military and make this world a more dangerous place. Well end up with a firmly intrenched welfare state and an anti-business tax code that will do damage to our economy for the next century.

Regardless of his running mate, the best man for the job is McCain, he is the only one in the race that has shown he can work to build a concensus across party lines for the good of the country. He obviously chose Palin because he understood that unless you win, it doesn't really matter, and Palin was a bold move to try and get the momentum back from the biggest Demagogue this country has seen since McCarthy. The un-holy alliance that the media and the democrats have, is leading our country down a dangerous one way road to socialism.

McCain's choice of Palin almost worked to gain the momentum; in fact it still might if every god fearing gun loving American would just go to the polls and pull the right lever.

I'll be there Tuesday morning, and so will everyone I know.

How can you say Sarah is a 'bigger' risk than the facts of what Obama, Pelozi and Reid intend to do? Phorwath, how much do you want to bet that McCain is still alive in 4 years? I'll even give you 5 to 1 odds. If you feel that Palin is such a grave risk, then you must believe that McCain has one foot in the grave. How much money do you want to put on the line? If it's more than I can swing, I'm sure I can get others to help me cover your bet.

Maybe we can bet both sides, I'll take the same odds I'm giving that (assuming an Obama victory) an anti-gun bill will cross Obama's desk in the next 4 years. How much do you want to put up and give me the same 5 to 1 odds I'll give you on the 'much bigger' risk of McCain dieing in the next 4 years? This should be a good bet for you, considering that Sarah becoming Pres. is such a grave risk.

It is clear who the enemy is. This intellectual wannabe is simply a liberal hack whose disrespectful tongue salivates at the agony suffered by good people. He is an Obamist with like sentiments. I would not be surprised if he voted for Obama. He may deny it but we will never know the truth. He sticks his foot in his mouth every chance he gets. He even goes as far to insult somebody's spelling when he demonstrates severe flaws in his own writing skills. In short, this person is a pompous hypocrite. Powell was wrong to endorse Obama, plain and simple. The general is not immune to making mistakes and he made a big one by endorsing a corrupt individual who has atrocious relationships with terrorists. What was Powell thinking? Powell doesn't get a pass on this one- he is wrong- shamefully wrong.

A few years ago powell came out with his world view. He never supported us on the 2nd Amendment and he's pro-choice . That's enough for me. I heard one of his reasons for supporting BO is he didn't want to be left out on the Washington parties list. So just what do those stars mean? I've never been in the armed forces but I thought our soldiers are taught to never leave your partner or fellow soldier behind. This is a Character issue here. This guy is a back stabber, a 24 hour friend....... Today on MCNBC just before I left for local rifle range they said in last 8 battle ground states BO and McCain were tied !!!! Hey now that's what MSNBC said. So to me that means the "fat lady" has not getting ready to sing. Rather then keep my fingers crossed I choose to pray to God the standard for ultimate transcending truth.
