Sako 7mm STW

Has anyone had luck finding a stock for a Sako 75 V? I want to improve from the factory and I am looking for aftermarket options. I tried McMillan but they stated they no longer make a stock for this model. It wears the factory synthetic stock with gray inserts at pistol grip and forearm. I am looking for more of a hunting stock than benchrest style.

I've been looking for a Sako 75 7STW magazine for quite awhile now and have yet to find one. I have sorted through a pile of Sako 75 ads and never seen a stock come up for sale either.
