i see ruger is now using a 24" tube on the new hawkeyes...anyone know what kind of velocity is attainable with the 140 gr ?

I have an Xbolt Long Range - 26" bbl - 2753 fps from it. Xbolt Pro - 22" bbl - 2700 from it.
