I chamfered one real good and ran it through the sizing die. Still had the same issue.I did the same thing with 338 edge I had to chamfer a bit more than I'm used to but once I got that figure out it's been smooth sailing.

Mines reading .3055 from the looks, do I need to go more?Too much neck tension is my guess. Use a .306" expanding mandrel before loading.
I seated 212gr ELDX with no problems.if you seat a different bullet does the same thing happen? Have you tried lubing the inside of the neck To see what results that gives for loading?
Shouldn't the HbN on the bullets be doing the same thing?I had this happen with ADG brass before. I just put some Redding dry lube on the inside of the neck with a qtip and it fixed the problem.
These were brand new, so I didn't think I needed to run them through the sizer because I seated the ELDXs previously with no issues.I also stopped using the expander button on the die. I just take it off and use expander mandrels to get the neck tension I want but I always use dry neck lube on the inside of my case necks now.
No it's not.Is your die screwed down to touch the shell holder on the ram? If so, back it out two turns, then readjust seating depth.
