Rifle build for daughter

Ok I'm looking for some thoughts on a rifle build for my daughter. She is 8 but is needing a lot of instruction with handling and shooting a rifle. I have a 722 action that will be going in a chassis for the time being. Problem I have is caliber selection. It was originally a 222 which I love but the opportunity to go a different route keeps nagging at me, almost to the point of my wife asking me to do chores..... almost. I digress, cartridges I'm looking at are:

222
6x45 - very intrigued
221 fireball - yes I have weird taste

223 is out since I already have one she will get when I die. Will be shooting mostly handloads from the start depending on caliber. Will be a short barrel to run suppressed. Any additional cartridges I should be looking at or considering?

The first person that suggest 300 blackout will be taken off the invite list for the birthday party and that will suck because there will be a piñata, cookies and ice cream cake!! Don't be that guy!!

If your list 6x45. I would add a 22-250 since she is only 8 but next is 7mm08

Have never owned a 6x45 but have 3 6x47 remingtons. Two were built specifically for youth deer/coyote hunts.

I have a 6x45 and it's amazing. Killed a ton of deer and hogs.
Was shooting the 90gr nosler and 85 interbond.
But switched over to the 70gr hammers and it simply shines with great speed and very little recoil. In fact it was my go to for kids. I would sponsor a special needs hunt and that was always a helpful rifle to have in hand.
In fact a 8 year old young lady took her first big game animal this year with it so I gifted it to her. 100 percent would do that round.

I love the be also but for ease of use it gets no easier than the 6x45. Pick up .223 brass at any range or someone you know. Then size Like normal with doe and load easy.

I'm seriously considering picking up a new action in 308 bolt face but would rather build off the 223 bolt face first.

I've got a model 7 222. Lapua brass is plentiful and the triple deuce just sounds cooler.

Then the simple neck up of 223 to 6mm sounds like a good option I have heard great things about this cartridge but have no personal experience with it

How about she uses one of the AR15s in your collection until she gets older, then you build her a custom bolt gun. The ARs are low recoil but help build confidence in the young shooters. They learn all the basics of an AR platform then easily transition to a bolt rifle. Little girls grow so fast! Plus they're inherently better shots than us guys

For an all around rifle she can shoot for a lifetime I'd strongly suggest looking at the 6.5x47Lapua or 3.5 Grendel. Both are great for varmints, predators and even deer.

Here's the trick. Put it in a wood stock and have a stock smith pre drill that stock with dowel holes.

Then cut it to length as a Youth Stock.

Back in the late 80's a friend of mine put his kid in for the Elk Draw in NM along with himself and when they both drew up he was in a real quandary.

We did the same thing with a 7RM Savage and I just loaded it down enough to where it wouldn't be more than the 9yo could handle.

Last time I ran into that "kid" he was still shooting the same rifle.

Once he got to where the stock was too short, he was able to take the portion we'd cut off 25 years ago, take it back to a stock smith and by inserting dowels in the perfectly aligned holes, all the then had to do was a little sanding and it was almost invisible. He actually liked showing it off and showing people how we'd made that "one gun for life" for him.

You don't need a new action. For many you can just open the bolt face or at worst get a new bolt with a larger face.
