Removing Moly from Bullets with Rice

Removing Moly Coating is easy. Go to Lowe's and get some liquid Bar Keepers Friend. Pour into a dish and then add bullets. Let soak 1-2 minutes and then wipe off. Amazing stuff.

Yup, that's what I use and recommend to get that crud off of bullets.

Plus getting that "stuff" off will save a ton of cleaning to get the barrel to shoot again. As you might tell my one and done experience with moly coated 50bmg surps was not good. Nor, was the cleaning process over 3 weeks.

I use this stuff for cleaning our SS Sinks. Works Great. Didn't think about using for other items.

I suspect the OP was kidding about a molybdenum allergy. Of course Superman is sensitive to Krypton.

My allergy to molybdenum is that I tried it and didn't like the results!

Why not just sell them instead of working to take the Moly off???

Did try sell them, here, among other places. No real interest.
