Removing live primers??

If live primers need to be removed, will they go off when pin pushes them out during resizing? Thank you!

No just go slow. I remove them all the time. Just make sure you rescue the little fella and don't let him hit the floor.

Just pop em out. It's no biggie although safety glasses are a good idea always. I've had a couple primers go off using my hand primers over the years and you don't want your eye ball next to it.

Safety first! It could produce small metal fragments. Couldn't you just pop them
in a rifle? They aren't that expensive.

AND ear protection (at least foam plugs), just in case.

I've done dozens of them, as others have stated, go slow and wear protective eye glasses.

Done thousands of them with the press. Never had one go bang.... yet.
