SOLD/EXPIRED Remington model 721 in 300 h&h any interest?

It's a beautiful rifle, wish there were a few more pics of the buttstock but I'm not too serious about buying it. I've always wanted a 700 or 721 in 300 H&H, I wish the timing was better. Good luck with the sale, it's a neat rifle.

I have a 721 but had to have the 300 H&H barrel taken off.There was a gough in the chamber that held on to the case until it cooled.
Had a 300 win mag barrel put on it.Some smith's say they can't get a reamer for 300 H&H anymore and refused to chamber it in the good cartridge so I chose to use the 300 win mag.There has to be a smith somewhere that could do it.It can't be impossible!

What's the LOP on the buttstock? Is that a pretty nasty dent on the right side of the forearm?

It is a dent but I wouldn't call it nasty. The gun is pre 64 so it's bound to have a dent. But it's only mark I can see on the gun.lop is 13 1/2
