Remington 700 tight bolt and sticking

Hello good people , I've had it happen, like the fellow said and it's to easy to over look, the small screw between the the two large stock screws I was told it needed a torque but it only needs a light snug..

How can I fix this or am I going have to buy a new stock?

Grind the screw off just a little bit you'll be fine or bed the action

This is why I avoid bedding blocks, good ole pillers and bedding job everytime for me.

Well I got it fixed while I had it apart yesterday I cut out all the old bedding and rebed the whole action and now it's working fine.thanks everyone for the help
