I'm looking to buy a Remington 700 short action BDL stock. Not looking for a high-end stock such as a Manners or McMillan. It must accommodate a varmint contour barrel. Also, this stock must not have a wide foreend. The whole reason I want it is to have a Sporter style stock on a heavy barreled hunting rifle. I prefer a Christensen Arms stock if anyone has one for a reasonable price. Bell and Carlson, Boyds, or the like will also be considered. No thumbholes please.
