Got this for a project that never happened. Very varmint special stock. Finish has a few handling marks that are hard to capture. Checkering is the 80's skip line. The brass action pin is present. Factory butt plate. This one has had the recoil lug bedded. Channel is just over 0.9" by scale. Asking $150 plus shipping.

Do you still have this stock for sale?

25-06 is not a short action.

What makes it a "varmint" stock ? Looks like a BDL w/a/ big barrel channel ?

Correct 25-06 is not a short action. Remington offered it in the varmint special line up for a few years. I believe it was the only one. The specials had heavy contour barrels similar to the first Senderos or PSS models.
All others were short action.
