Reloading the .308?

What is your pet load for the .308?
I get great accuracy with H4064.

I also use and get great results with IMR-4064. My load consists of the following componants.
Lapua brass
Nosler Custom Comp bullets 168 gr.
43.5 gr IMR 4064
CCI-BR-2 primer
2.850 OAL

Load consistantly prints 1/2" or less for 10 shot groups out of my 3 308 tactical rifles. TRG-22, FN-SPRA2, and Kimber Advanced Tactical. All 3 rifles have a 1/12 twist. Hope this helps.

For deer size game I have two loads that I have used for years.
44 grs IMR 4895, Federal (turned neck) cases, CCI BR-2 primer, 150 Sierra Game King.

This is the load that I use for under 300 yards on deer.
46 grs IMR 4895, WW case, CCI-BR2, 125 Nosler ballistic tip. Wicked on deer.

R15 for me tried all the others but R15 gets the best speeds.
