redding and RCBS compatibility

Will a Redding seating stem fit in a RCBS seating die??
I´m asking because a saw an aftermarket seating stem for VLD bullets made by redding that includes a micrometer. I would like to buy this for my existing RCBS dies but don't know if they will fit.

All of the fairly recent RCBS dies will accept the long secant ogive VLD style bullets with no issues. You don't need a special micrometer seating stem to seat them. If you want to verify this, you can call RCBS like I did. That is what they told me. And I have been using Bergers for quite some time with zero issues in regular RCBS dies without any special stems, and getting excellent results.
