I have'nt shot an animal with it yet but based on others' experience with Hammers I believe it'll kill like a lightning bolt. It sure does shoot sweet.Perfect application for that load. I have a Lipsey Number 1 in .257 Wea. with a 28" barrel. I may have to try that.

I have plans to switch the composite factory stock on mine to a custom wooden piece of art. Too late this year (6 month turnaround on what I want). Sweet!!I have a Mark V Accumark Limited, shooting 98 grain Shockhammers. 77.7 gr RL26 produced a .246" 5 shot group @ 3915 fps avg velocity.
