I have an SBK iseries 4909 I believe, which is only a single rifle...however they have double rifle versions as well. I really like the case. It seems to lock down pretty tight and I can get a lot in a a single gun case. One thing I will tell you, no matter what way you go, you probably already know this but its going to be expensive. The only thing my SBK doesnt have that I think Id like would be wheels. Typically you have a bunch of crap when you are traveling...backpack, carry on or checked duffle bag and the ability to wheel the case behind you might be a bit more convenient. I did just fine with it on several trips carrying it and a large sized duffle and backpack through the airport, but Id assume the larger case and a second gun is going to be a good bit heavier.

I have a pelican single case without wheels. Used a shoulder strap to help carry. I'd recommend a model with wheels because it does add much weight or other issues and may be useful. My current preferred case is TuffPak with wheels. It can hold two scoped rifles with room for soft rifle cases or clothing. It looks like it could be a golf club case so that at the airport you don't get those funny looks. I was at San Francisco airport curb waiting for the bus and I was tired so decided that if anyone asked what was in the large case I would tell them golf clubs. Would have got away with it except that I forgot that my cooler next to me was labeled "frozen caribou" so a guy walks up and asks me if I just been hunting. We talked for a bit and another lady nearby had to proclaim that she was "vegetarian"!

Hey, take a look a the tuff pack. I've used one for about 20 years. It's got a few scrapes and scratches on it but it's really great. I've put two rifles and a shotgun in it and took it to Africa. I put everything in a soft case and then put them in the tuff pack. Another great thing is that it doesn't look like a gun case, more like a golf bag carrier. Just looked it up on line, looks like Nalpac has bought tuff pack.
Take Care
