Probably not the best choice for a 300rum with a 220 ish pill. 4831 is basically equivalent to rl22 though, and that works fine for mid weight pills in the bigger mags. I'm with MagnumManiac on the 7rum and faster than full case powders; I was even having early pressure issues with Retumbo in my short throated 7rum. I went with h50bmg and 175 eld-x on that one. I'd kick down to 180'ish pills and save the big pills for rl33 or rl50,, possibly h50bmg.
