Melt some lead and pour it into the die. when it cools easily tap the case & lead out with a punch.
I have done this for a few new reloaders that didn't lube first.

Tried the HEAT/FREEZE SHRINK method..never worked for me...
Have drilled the entire head off of the stuck brass...got the pieces of the resizer out of the brass...found a bolt to screw into the remaining brass and tapped it out with a hammer.....just don't get a screw so big it crushes the brass to the inside of the resizer........

Yes twisted the screw off in the brass and the tap die in another

One might try A little Mystic Metal Mover. It work well for me on bound up fittings.
