You can get bolts with heads the size of a quarter or smaller and about the same thickness at Lowes.
I do not bother using the trays you have in the picture. I skip that process and put the number of primers I need directly into the primer tray, as shown in #2. The primers are stored in their original packages for easy storage and identification.I prime with a Sinclair priming tool. I think the magnet idea will work perfectly as there is a molded circle on the bottom that will fit a 6mm magnet. So I'll just glue the other magnet to the inside of the lid.
