Custom chamber in your rifle? Some are very tight chambers. I'd try like the others have said first and seat the brass deeper and see if it works. Can you take a fired case and put it back into the chamber and close the bolt?

Yes it is a custom barrel. I will try to load a fired case and let you know
The fired case loaded fine. Here are measures of fired case and a resized case. All measurements for both were very consistent. Only had a few resized cases almost got stuck but most were not as smooth as feeding as the virgin brass.
Ok so I screwed the body die in another 1/8 to 1/4 turn. It pushed the shoulder back another .008, so now my headspace is .011 on that case, which I would think is way too much. Did not change the case head dimension. Still .4695 to .470 depending on how much pressure I put on caliper
