I'm not having a luck deerhunting with my flintlock(flinchlock) muzzleloader I may need to invest in this. First time I had doe 25 yards away and the gun neglected to fire. Second time had one 10 yards and completely blew the shot and missed high right above end shoulder. Both deer would have been dead with this crossbow.
This crossbow is advertised to shoot 400 fps but the tag on this one shows it shoots at 414 fps by the factory chronograph. It is amazing how accurate, quiet, and fast it shoots. In fact, it will shoot a better 3 shot group at 100 yards than some of my high powered center fire rifles!! These crossbows are unbelievably accurate.
