According to the reviews on the link, that is not the case. This is also not the first time Midway has had a discounted sale this low. Those who need them and have good results with them will take advantage of this. There are also guys at LRO with success.

I have found Grand to be an excellent powder in my 6.5x06 A Square. 3060 fps with the Nosler140gr AB. With Rel 26 & the same bullet, 3075fps. Virtually a toss up.

I have had pretty good luck with Grand. It's fast and I have had SDs below 10
I have a few Magnums, but I could not resist the price, so I ordered four to try. Despite the shipping and hazmat, it is still $15 dollars cheaper than my LGS—$40 vs. $55 on average.
I did the same thing, I don't need any powder, but ordered 4.
