That sure is a nice build with some great quality parts! The horns add a very nice touch.

A great looking rifle and an excellent caliber choice. I have a 7wsm myself shooting about the same load as you are. Inside of 1000yds, those 168's will do fine and the difference between them and the 180's isn't much ballistically. Now, after you get past 1000yds, the 180's start to shine a lil brighter over the 168's. Run the numbers on them and you'll see.
