I have a like NIB R-25 (DPMS AR10) in 308 .... The rifle is pretty much NIB .. It has been to the range one time (proper barrel break in)...I was able tp get 1.5" 100yd groups with cheap rem 150 gr corelokts.. The rifle will come with all the original paper work and hard case .. As of present , the rifle has a Nikon 3-9x50mm with warne QD rings..The rifle could be sold as NIB , It is in NEW condition..
