I'd say 1/9 gets you up to the cutting edge 300gr laser with no issues and you will be fine with cup and core. You have to get some very fast speeds to get jacket separation. Since you are building it I would always go for more twist than needed. It helps once your bullet hits game also. No downside to it. I have
