question.. how to remove top turret on a 6500 elite scope ?

i have a bushnell 6500 elite scope. 4.5-3-x50. i just had kenton turret drop down turret made. QUESTION.... does anyone have any idea how to remove the turret so i can put this new turret on it ? i dont see any screw to un tighted to remove turret like all the other brands of scopes i have. thanks. marty

Does it have a big shiny screw directly on top of the dial? If so, remove the screw, and pull the dial up and off. Replace with new dial properly indexed with your zero and reinstall the screw. Be careful not to over tighten.

no screw on top of dial. just a cap on top of turret that shows 1/4 =100 yards. i am afaraid this elite 6500 is not the target turret model. it is the push /pull top turret with moa numbers on turrett. i dont think it can be taken off. marty
