question for you Savage and Stevens owners

can the bolts be interchangeable between the 2 rifles. Im interested in a practically new Stevens 300wm and the owner miss placed the bolt! Since Stevens is owned by Savage Arms,are the actions identical? Im hearing they are 110 model actions and hoping they are identical. Key word is ,"HOPING!"

Snake,

Savage and Stevens actions are the same except for the Accutrigger. You can buy a replacement bolt from Midway. Find - MidwayUSA Scroll down for a couple or look at page 2.

No matter what solution you come up with be sure and check your headspacing, may or may not need to be adjusted.
