I wouldn't bother with ladder testing at such close range I would go to at least 300 yards or more you might be better served to do some OCW(optimal charge weight) testing instead of ladder if you can't get to a longer range for the ladder testing to be more useful. I normally start with the OCW test at 100 yards do to having that length range in the back yard then play around with ladder testing some promising powder, bullet, primer combinations at 400 yards out at the farm. I load three rounds of each charge weight .3 grains and shoot groups at difrent targets for each charge weight I start lowest to highest a single shot at each target let the barrel cool off the shoot next string highest to lowest the the last one lowest to highest again.
