Question about "de-milled" ammo.

I would bet a lot of the newer de-milled brass is from the MK 248 mod1 load, which was the 220gr SMK load. It was deemed "over pressure" and considered unsafe in our weapons. There is still some in circulation overseas as it is usually preferred. Actually, after talking to a contractor rep that visited us a few months back, it is all what we (as hand loaders) would consider over pressure.
