I have the Sig 3000 BDX binos
Decided to check them and my 2400AB to see how POA vs POI looked.
I hung an old Stop sign on my wooden fence flush with top of fence.
I can only get 21.4 yards away but thought that would work.... maybe not.
When I range the fence with the Binoculars the fence ranges correctly but the stop sign consistently ranges 27.6 yards... so pretty much 6 yards further.
Do the same with the 2400 AB it shows pretty much same distance for fence and the stop sign. What the heck would cause that.
Also noticed the beam must be vertical??? As I can shoot a foot over the fence and still hit the sign/ fence.
