Hey, the problem is that we're all on a mission and in a hurry to get it done. Then you're hoping around and cursing, mission forgotten for at least 5-10 minutes depending on on fast you came around the back of the truck. I have a couple scars on my shins!

An update; so how many times do you think I have hit my shin in same exact spot since then? OMG, like hitting your thumb with hammer, time and time again! I feel like my shin is punishing me!

When I was a blacksmith, 1/x week a finger got smoked by hammer or even between shoe on anvil. Got good at heating up needle to poke thru nail to drain.
Oh dang Muddy, I know how bad that hurts your shin!
I had an old 78 Ford pickup growing up with a homemade bumper that had a1" thick tongue that stuck out about 1' right at mid shin level. Hit my shin more times than I care to count as well as all my buddies too lol.
Anytime someone walked around the back of the truck (especially at night) you could almost guarantee a laugh because someone would hit their shin. I remember that most about that dang truck!
