do you guy and girls think using ccc larger br primer in 7mmstw will be all right . I am having fps spread high then I what I trying to get it down to single didgets . I got it down to about 17 fps to 28 fps spread with H1000 but I what them single didgets number . Thinking about trying cci large rifle br primers. I am using 215m right now but did try cci mag , Winchester mag, and rem mag primer and all about the same spread . so just wondering what you guy and girls think thanks

The stw has a long powder column; I wouldn't use a standard primer in one. I've been using 215's in my stw. You may get by with a standard primer if you never shoot cold weather, but I don't like worrying about squib loads when I go hunting in cold weather so I don't play that way.
