Price for B&L 6-24x40 Balvar with Kuharsky mount?

I would like to buy one but I have no idea what the combo would cost. I have never seen the mounts for sale, either alone or with a scope.

So...anyone willing to part with the combo? If so, what do you want for them? I think it would be great for an old school hunting rifle build.
