Mr. Roscoe, I have been a member of the IBS for 20 years. I also am part of the team that runs the IBS matches at the Thurmont Conservation and Sportsmens Club, here in Md. I have never heard anyone refer to the IBS as the IBRSA. Sounds like a merger between the IBS and the NBRSA. (that ain't never gonna happen). I thought maybe someone had come up with a new organization. I'm looking to start ***. The American Score Shooters. Good Shooting, Eddie.
