That is the Heritage Light Tactical, not Light Hunter.
Great scopes. I have a several thousand rounds on mine.
Covered by TT warranty? Even if not, $1300 is a good price. If it was MIL/Gen 2XR, I would be all over it.

Yes sir the turrets are MOA the reticle is mil.
