Prairie Dog FUN in New Mexico Soon

Man, I live in NM. I used to shoot them up around Chama but sold my place there a few years ago. Last hunted them between Roy and Clayton on way back from an Antelope hunt 2 years ago. I'm up for joining anyone going PD hunting in NM. I know they have PDs not too far from ABQ but have not hunted them.

I'm looking for partner to shoot with since my Brother in law can't do the trips anymore. I have a friend who might like to come along if it is ok. I don't want to shoot in a group of more than four however. I have two RCBS R.A.S.S shooting benches to share with. I love shooting CZ .17 HMR Varmint, and my 243. I do have more ammo for my 223/556 so would have to decide between those two in the Hi Power. But the .17 HMR is great up to 235 yards. I also have a SAVAGE Bull barrel that is a nail driver as well in the .17 HMR that someone can use if needed. I'm in Southern AZ and not a problem to drive 1,000 miles for 3 days or PD shooting as long as the three days are worth the time and money. Must be plentiful. LANCE. l'm sure you are having a rough time keeping these dogs down. l wish l could HELP. l have never shot AZ. I even got a new 4wd buggy recently. First NEW one in 20 yrs. Lots of 222s loaded too. Unfortunately the wife's health isn't getting better. Don't work too hard

Not on the Bo. Tons of smaller towns. Shoot a few, move a mile, shoot a few, repeat.

l have a friend who lives on the Dine Reservation near the UT/AZ border. He's so far off the main road he only gets mail 3 days a week. He's really tight lipped about prairie dogs around Navajo Mtn. Seriously, lt seems like the pds are treated as SACRED

Well I never heard of DINE, and some SPORTSMANS do share with other friends. I thought we were all friends here!
